Never lose a renewal. Or the next policy.
Every policy has dates: premium due, renewal, birthday, anniversary. We set up a system that remembers each one, reminds each client on WhatsApp the way you would, and tells your team who needs a call. You still give the advice.
- Term plan: premium due 12 Nov
- Car: renewal 28 Nov
- Health: renewal in January
- Birthday: 3 December
- Reminder sent 9:00 am
Every advisor decides differently. Here is what you can decide.
Each card is a situation your team meets every week, with choices you would make yourself. Pick yours, and the system follows them every time.
- Campaigns for term, health and motor, each with its own audience
- Creatives made with AI, approved by you before they go live
- Insurer names and plans only where your insurer has approved
- No promised returns. Every ad opens WhatsApp
- Which questions: cover type, age band, family, existing cover
- Reply at once, or a short hello and a call in the morning
- The client picks the call time
- By product: motor to one person, life and health to another
- By area or language
- You copied on every lead, or only the big cases
- Reminders 30, 15 and 3 days before, or your own rhythm
- "Paid" and "Call me" buttons on every reminder
- A list of who has not paid, while the grace period is still open
- A gentle note about restoring cover
- The advisor calls those who reply
- Or only the high-value policies, by you
- Start 30 days out, before the online ads do
- "Same cover" or "Call me" in one tap
- Next year's date set the day it renews
- The client tells you on WhatsApp
- The person who handles claims is alerted
- Updates at every step your team records
- Birthday and policy anniversary wishes
- When you note a new baby, car or home, the right follow-up is set
- A referral ask after a claim is paid, or never
- Each agent sees their own clients and renewals
- You see whose renewals are slipping, before the due date
- When someone leaves, the book stays with you
Every practice picks differently. We write yours down first, then set it up.
You give the advice. The system remembers every date.

Policies don't lapse on purpose. They lapse on due dates.
- 130, 15 and 3 days before each due date: a reminder with Paid and Call me
- 2After the due date: a call list for your team while the grace period is open
- 330 days before renewal: reach them before the online ads do

Working with Fidus, in their words.
I’ve been using this CRM for the past 2 months, and it has helped me automate and systemize my business. Calls are being booked automatically, and clients are receiving regular follow-ups through email and WhatsApp. My show-up rate has increased, and my closure rate has improved as well. This is a must-have for every…
I want to give a massive shoutout to the incredible team at Fidus Synergies LLP. Finding a vendor is easy, but finding a true tech partner in your progress is rare—and that is exactly what they have been for us during the beta development of our cross-platform Vendor Management application. A huge part of this…

How can I reduce policy lapses?
Remind early and more than once. A note 30 days before the premium is due, a reminder at 15 days, a last one at 3 days with a "Paid" button, and a list for your team of who has not paid while there is still a grace period. Lapsed clients get a gentle message about restoring cover, and the advisor calls those who reply.
What is the best way to send premium reminders on WhatsApp?
Use the official WhatsApp Business platform with approved message templates, send only to clients who have agreed to hear from you, and keep each message short: the policy, the amount, the due date and a way to reply. Buttons like "Paid" and "Call me" tell your team who needs attention.
How do I stop motor renewals going to online aggregators?
Reach the client first. Online ads start weeks before expiry, so start your reminders 30 days out, offer "renew with the same cover" in one tap, and remind them about keeping their no-claim bonus by renewing on time.
How do insurance agents get more clients?
Most new business comes from existing clients: their family, their friends and their next policy. Staying in touch on birthdays and anniversaries, helping well with claims, and asking for a referral after a good experience brings the best leads. Ads work too when each enquiry is answered quickly and followed up.
Does FLO connect to insurer portals or pull policy data?
No. Policy numbers, products and due dates come from your own sheets and statements, which we bring in at the start. After that, your team updates them or we import fresh lists on a schedule. Premiums are paid to the insurer as usual.
Can I advertise insurance on Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp?
Advertising insurance in India is governed by IRDAI rules, and ads that name an insurer or a plan usually need that insurer's approval. We keep your ads general unless your insurer has approved the material, and we never promise returns or claim outcomes. Check with your insurer or compliance team for your case.
Our client data is sensitive. Who can see it?
Only your team, with access you control by person. We do not share or use your data. We suggest keeping medical details out of the system and storing only policies, dates and contact details. If you want an NDA, we sign one.
Does it work for an agency team?
Yes. Each agent sees their own clients and renewals, leads are shared by product or area, and the manager sees whose renewals are slipping before the due dates pass.
What happens to clients when an agent leaves?
They stay with your firm. Chats, notes and dates sit on each client, and the whole book can be passed to someone else with the full history.
Is this a standard setup?
No. Every practice works differently, so every setup is different. We start by writing down how you would look after each client yourself, then set the system up to do the same.
Who pays for ads, WhatsApp and AI?
You do, directly. Meta ad spend, WhatsApp message charges and AI usage are billed to your own accounts by those platforms at their published rates. Our fee covers setting up and running the system.
By what we set up for your insurance practice, not per client. Meta ad spend, WhatsApp message charges and AI usage are paid directly by you to those platforms, at their published rates. We quote after a short assessment, so you know the full cost before anything starts.
