Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 7-Day Money-Back Policy (First Purchase Only)

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of your first-time purchase, subject to the eligibility rules below.

2. Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the first successful payment.
  • Refunds are not applicable for renewals unless explicitly agreed in writing.
  • Setup fees, customization, and professional services (if any) are non-refundable once delivered.
  • Third-party usage/consumption is non-refundable, including (where applicable): WhatsApp (Meta/WABA) conversations, SMS, email credits, and any other external vendor charges.
  • Refunds may be declined in case of policy violations, abuse, chargeback fraud, or breach of our Acceptable Use terms.

3. FLO Konnect – Additional Condition

For FLO Konnect, the money-back policy applies only if no outbound paid WhatsApp conversations have been initiated from your account during the refund window. Any applicable third-party usage remains non-refundable.

4. Builder Support Initiative (Support Your Journey)

Participation rewards under the Builder Support Initiative are not cash refunds. They are provided as account credits / billing rewards (where applicable), are non-transferable, and may be revoked if eligibility conditions are not met (e.g., required public post removed before the minimum duration).

5. How to Request a Refund

Email us at thrive@fidus.one using your registered email/phone and include the reason for cancellation/refund request. You may also contact us on 7087079421 (Phone/WhatsApp) for urgent issues.

6. Refund Processing Time

If approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method, subject to payment partner/bank timelines.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel future renewals anytime. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated. If you need help, visit Support.
