Service Delivery Policy

No boxes. No couriers. No waiting by the door. FLO is a digital service — access is provisioned electronically after payment, usually faster than you'd expect.

1. How Delivery Works

FIDUS FLO is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. There is no physical product. After successful payment:

  • Your account is provisioned digitally — login credentials or activation details are sent to the email address provided at checkout
  • Typical provisioning time: within 24 hours, often significantly faster during business hours
  • If you haven't received access within 24 hours of payment, contact us immediately — it's almost certainly something we can sort in minutes

2. What You Receive

Depending on the plan you've subscribed to, your access includes:

  • Access to the FIDUS FLO platform at your provisioned account URL
  • The features and limits defined by your selected plan (see Pricing)
  • Basic onboarding guidance — either through in-platform resources or direct support, depending on plan
  • Access to our support team for setup questions during business hours

3. Third-Party Integrations

Some FLO features rely on third-party platforms — notably WhatsApp Business API (WABA via Meta). Activation of these integrations may take longer than the core account provisioning, because:

  • WhatsApp WABA requires Meta's approval of your business and phone number — this is Meta's process, not ours
  • Message template approvals are subject to Meta's review timelines (typically 24–72 hours)
  • Other integrations (SMS gateways, email delivery, AI providers) may have their own setup steps

We'll guide you through each step and keep you informed of what's pending where. Delays in third-party approvals are outside our control but we'll help you navigate them.

4. FLO Konnect — Self-Serve

FLO Konnect is available for self-serve purchase. After payment is confirmed, access is provisioned automatically and the activation steps are communicated immediately. If you get stuck at any point, raise a support request and we'll respond within business hours.
